We all experience difficult and painful times in our lives; psychological and emotional distress are natural and understandable responses to this. Sometimes the way we feel can impact on our general well-being and affect our everyday lives and relationships. They may have no identifiable cause, and can impact on the way we view ourselves and those around us, leaving us feeling confused or lost. At these times, we may benefit from support in understanding and coping with our experiences. If this sounds like you, then you no longer have to manage these challenges alone; by reading this page, you have taken the first step towards overcoming your difficulties.

Our aim is to support you through the emotional distress you are experiencing by using psychological therapies that are proven to help you to overcome your difficulties, and help you to understand what is getting in the way of you reaching your full potential.

In addition, we offer clinical supervision to Clinical Psychologists, as well as formulation and therapy for Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
