I am trained and experienced in a range of different modes of therapy, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing).

The basis of any therapeutic intervention is a comprehensive assessment which is used to build a formulation, or understanding, of your difficulties; this will inform the treatment to best suit your needs. You may already have an idea of the particular therapy you would like to explore, or you may not; either way, we will work in partnership towards achieving your goals.
